1. Our return policy
All sales at Mira Ceramics are final. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the product details carefully before ordering, and contact us at al@gmail.com if you have any questions first.
2. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights you cannot waive under the law. For example, consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery. Where such rights apply, they always come first.
3. Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at al@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will put it right with a replacement or a full refund — including any return shipping cost — at no charge to you.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within a few business days. How soon the money appears depends on your bank or card provider.
